What's Covered

Our 7-day money-back guarantee applies to:

• Credit purchases: All pay-as-you-go credit packages (Starter, Professional)
• Subscription plans: Monthly and yearly unlimited plans
• First-time purchases: Your first purchase with eFashionAI

How It Works

Getting a refund is simple:

1. Email us at refunds@efashionai.com within 7 days of your purchase
2. Include your account email and order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
3. We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days
4. You'll receive your money back via the original payment method

No Questions Asked

We don't require you to:

• Explain why you're requesting a refund
• Provide detailed feedback (though we appreciate it!)
• Meet specific usage criteria
• Jump through hoops or wait for approval

If you're not happy, we'll refund you. Period.

Refund Processing Time

• Credit card: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
• PayPal: 2-3 business days
• Debit card: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)

After the 7-Day Window

While our standard guarantee is 7 days, we understand that sometimes issues arise later. If you experience:

• Technical problems preventing you from using the service
• Quality issues with generated images
• Billing errors or duplicate charges

Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard:

1. Log in to your eFashionAI account
2. Go to Settings → Subscription
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

• You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
• You won't be charged for future billing cycles
• Your generated images remain accessible in your account
• You can reactivate your subscription anytime

Refunds for Cancellations

• Within 7 days: Full refund for the current billing period
• After 7 days: No refund for the current period, but no future charges
• Exception: If we made a billing error, we'll refund it regardless of timing

Credit Purchases (Pay-as-you-go)

Refund Eligibility

• Within 7 days: Full refund, regardless of credits used
• Unused credits: Credits never expire, so you can use them anytime
• Partial refunds: Not available after 7 days (credits don't expire, so you can use them later)

What's NOT Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase (unless there's a technical issue or billing error)
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
• Credits purchased more than 90 days ago (but they never expire, so you can still use them)

Billing Errors

If you notice any billing errors, contact us immediately at billing@efashionai.com. We'll investigate and refund any incorrect charges within 2-3 business days.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in account suspension while we investigate.

Free Trial

Our free trial (10 credits) does not require a credit card and has no refund implications since it's completely free.
